I felt like I knew nothing about all of the intricacies of purchasing a home and Joe explained everything without making me feel dumb. He literally took us through 20+ homes and was always willing to work with our schedules to make sure we got to see all of the houses on our list. Stacey was so good to communicate with me via text and make it really easy to schedule home visits. Once we had our home under contract, Jordyn gave us weekly email updates and was also available via text, call, etc. to help us meet our deadlines and negotiate through the home inspection, etc. The home inspector they referred us to was also stellar and very thorough. They even sent us gifts when we went under contract and closed on the house! (Including covering the cost for the locksmith to change the locks). I really can’t say enough good about our experience.
